This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite is large – about 850 square feet – and well appointed. The highlights include tile and laminate flooring throughout, a big kitchen with lots of drawers and cabinets, great countertop work area, and a counter overhang for stool seating.
Enter your suite into the open concept living/dining/kitchen main room, featuring lots of natural light, pot lights and tasteful laminate flooring. For appliances, the kitchen includes a full size fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. 1 to 2 cats are welcome. 1 small dog may be allowed, as long as it won’t be left home alone for long periods (will also require references and/or an interview/trial to confirm it does not bark when left alone).
