This spacious over-the-garage suite is bright and cheerful. It is situated amidst trees on 3 acres in a quiet residential neighbourhood about 5 min. drive north of Courtenay town centre. There are several nearby trails for people who enjoy walks. Suite has a long staircase so is not suitable for someone with mobility problems.
We live a quiet lifestyle and are home-bodies. We plant a large vegetable garden every year, and raise our own chickens.
The person we are looking for would be trustworthy, responsible, quiet, clean, preferably a full-time employed individual with whom we can have a mutually respectful landlord-tenant relationship. We have 2 cats and a dog, so no other pets, please.
This suite is self-contained with its own private entrance, hot water tank and hydro meter. In-suite washer and dryer.
Heat/electricity is NOT INCLUDED.
Included: F/S W/D
Miscellaneous cookware, dishes, utensils, etc.
Outdoor on-property parking for one vehicle
