This spacious over-the-garage suite is clean, bright and cheerful. It is situated amidst trees on 3 acres in a quiet residential neighbourhood about 5 min. drive north of Courtenay town centre. There are several nearby trails for people who enjoy walks. Suite has a long staircase so is not suitable for someone with mobility problems.
We live a quiet lifestyle and are home-bodies. We plant a large vegetable garden every year, and raise our own chickens.
This suite has always been well cared for by all who have lived in it, and it is important to us for that to continue. The person we are looking for would be clean, trustworthy, responsible, quiet, full-time employed - not working from home. This individual would be someone with whom we can have a mutually respectful landlord-tenant relationship. We have a cat and a dog, so no other pets, please.

This suite is self-contained with its own private entrance, hot water tank and hydro meter. In-suite washer and dryer.
