Well maintained and upgraded 1980 Niagara 35 with newer Beta 30 engine (800 hrs) and S110 saildrive with 3 blade prop. Comes with 2 sets of foresails ( lighter one for regular use, heavy for heavy sailing) on profurling, a big beautiful jenniker and full baton main sail. All sail control lines back to cockpit with midship traveller system.
Very robust davit system holding up a 9'6" Highfield RIB. For all season use. A luxury feature that really is a blessing in cold rainy days that would be the professionally designed full dodger to get out of the wind and rain. Excellent cockpit sleeping quarters in the summer.
Upgraded high capacity house battery system along with engine starter battery. Newer Electoscan Treatment center and Paloma instant hot water shower/sink outlets. Galley is fitted with a newer Dickenson Mediterraean 3 burner safety gas stove that has a broiler/baking oven. Interior lights switched to LED. Fridge/freezer has newer high efficency Nova Kool compressor. New updated main wiring in aft engine compartment. Smart charger with Zantrax routing to hse. and engine batteries.
Aft cabin gives privacy to Master berth and quarter berth, both supplied with memory foam mattresses.
Forpeak can fit adult size but used for kids with privacy door.
All main cabin cushions are velore. Built in ceramic thermostat controlled heater. Dickenson Diesel gravity fed fire box where one can see the flame while enjoying the warmth. Very nice on a cold rainy day.
Owned and cared for by one owner for past 35+ years. Berthed in a very private 40' slip. Major advantage that the slip to be taken over by new owner. Side note... Boat has insured liability coverage.
Owner will consider time share option in lieu of purchase. Please ... only experienced skippers. Serenus is special. I would like to see her kept being treated that way.
