A complete lodging camp all self contained 140 foot floating barge. Steel hull, housing and facilities all recently renovated with over a million dollars of upgrades and updates since 2017. This barge was fitted with a loading dock and gangway, new fuel tanks for 2 diesel operated generators. Each room installed with a brand new heat pump to supply heat / AC. Presently completed refit with a recent marine survey awaiting a new owner with a new tasking. This is a fully equipped barge from new linens to new bedding, new kitchen cooking ware and all servery dinner ware such as plates, bowls, glasses, cups and utensils.
