This is a cloud/hosted solution. All desk phones are cloud-managed, whether they are located in the office, home office, or anywhere else.
Users can work from anywhere using either desk phones or an app on their cellphone or computer — with virtually no setup required — as if they were physically in the office.
Features include caller ID name and number, multiple voicemail boxes, voicemail-to-email, auto-attendants, custom music on hold, call recording, call groups, call pickup, transfers, conferencing and conference rooms, linking multiple office locations together, multiple identities per phone, and detailed CDR reporting.
