I bought this sawmill and rebuilt it with new bearings, new belts, new stellite teeth, and I oiled and greased everything. I polished the blades and have three edger blades and two main blades. One main blade is brand new, for which I paid $3,000 from Mobile Dimension. I also have many parts and about 100 teeth. It comes with the manual booklet, motor, and spare chains. I had this sandblasted, primed, and professionally painted, so it looks brand new. I also got new bolts for everything, and when I replaced the old bolts, I used never-seize on them. Everything is loose and freed up. I spent many hours on this with my son, and it's now turn-key ready for milling. This saw new is $100,000 from Mobile Dimension, plus tariffs, tax, etc. This mill is set up to work and ready, and comes with everything you need, even the tool to change the teeth. I spent about $6,000 on parts from the USA.

The first two pictures are just for reference. The mill has about 36 feet of track.
