Brandywine Heirloom
Dating back to 1885 is the heirloom tomato standard that wins the most flavor contests. One taste and you'll be enchanted by its superb flavor and luscious shade of red-pink. The large, beefsteak-shaped fruits grow on unusually upright, potato-leaved plants. The fruits set one or two per cluster and ripen late-and are worth the wait. Brandywine's qualities really shine when it develops an incredible fine, sweet flavor. Brandywine tomatoes can bear fruit up to 1.5 lbs (0.7 kg), requiring 80 to 100 days to reach maturity,

Beefmaster Tomato
An improved hybrid, this huge red beefsteak produces large, meaty, classic beefsteak-type tomatoes on indeterminate vines until frost. Fruit is tolerant of cracking. Great for sandwiches and big, fat slices. flavour is mild and sweet. Grow it in a tall cage or tie to a stake for support. Tomato Size 1lb plus

Early Girl Tomato
When gardeners talk about the “first” tomatoes, Early Girl is always there. This may be the most all-round popular hybrid to satisfy that itch for the first fresh tomato of the season. Use them for slicing on a place, into a salad, or on a sandwich. This is a proven all-round early hybrid. Use it to jump start your harvest. Early Girl bears lots of fruit for early harvest, but because the vines are indeterminate, they continue producing through summer. Tomato Size 6 to 8 oz

If you are wondering what probiotically grown means, it's a new trend in gardening based on Japanese and Korean Natural farming methods. It is essentially the same as conventional organic growing with more focus on nurturing and feeding beneficial soil life to create nutrient dense foods rich in minerals .
