Hi there- we are 3 UVIC students looking for a new place to call home for February/march 2026.- a long term arrangement preferred. We are all good people living in Victoria to study hard, we all work part time, are fit , active and take care of our space, keeping it clean and tidy. We don’t smoke or host parties. We are quiet people and happy to hang out at home with each other or other school friends.
We are looking for 3 bedrooms and 1-2 bathrooms, no pets etc. we need in suite laundry l, living room area, and dishwasher with access to a garden or deck and possibly some storage. We have 2 cars between us but either walk or take a short bus ride to UVIC currently and would prefer to keep this going to avoid using the cars. A parent is willing to sign a lease for us - we are good tenants, are respectful and pay our bills on time.
Our max budget is $950 each and we know utilities will be extra. A home with efficient heating and good windows in a safe neighbourhood on a bus route a bonus.
