My name is Logan, I’m 44 and recently I learned that I must start my life over from scratch. I’m located in Victoria and have been here since 2019, but due to life events, I am hoping to leave this city and start a life in the Valley. I have stable income as well as financial support if my savings run low and plan on finding a job asap. Money is not a problem and I’m a capable person. I previously worked as a land survey technician, telecom tech, landscaper, paving crew and labour. I’m responsible, respectful, reliable, quiet, clean and helpful. I’d appreciate any opportunity to change my current situation as it is very difficult for me to stay in Victoria. I’d prefer my budget to be no more than 1700 a month and would prefer month to month incase it doesn’t work, but am open to a longer lease. I can also provide excellent references from past landlords in Victoria. Asap would be great, I can drive up to meet anytime after Saturday. I am open to almost any arrangement that would be an upgrade to the front seat of a Volkswagen that won’t fold down 😂 any suggestions would also be appreciated. Thanks for reading this.
