Responsible working couple seeking rental in Campbell River (Campbell River)

Hi there!
My husband and I are looking for an apartment or suite in Campbell River. We both recently started working in town and are hoping to find a comfortable, well-kept place to stay.
We are quiet, clean, respectful, and responsible tenants who take good care of our home. Ideally, we’re looking for a month-to-month rental, or a 3-month lease transitioning to month-to-month afterward.
A furnished place would be preferred, but it’s not required.
Parking for one vehicle and laundry access are a must. We also enjoy cooking, so having a good kitchen is a big plus! We’re happy to provide references and answer any questions.
