Looking for a bigger space for me and my 2 sons who are in middle school.
I work fulltime and run a small business in my spare time.
Would prefer a 4 bedroom house, or house with an upstairs suite and downstairs suite for rent or possibly 3 bedroom with a detached suite.
Looking for something private and not shared.
Doesn’t need to be a palace or mansion.
Need an extra room for office space.
If the place needs maintenance, I have a 10+ year background in trades work and could do any upgrades or deficiencies work myself.
Would be nice if the property had a detached shed or shop, and a bit of yard space, but not completely necessary.
Non smoking, non drinking, no drugs, no pets.
I am responsible, quite, always pay rent early, am clean and organized.
Focused on providing for my children, giving them a family home setting and building my business.
Looking for September 1st, and hopeful for a long term commitment. 3-5 years if possible.
Don’t want to move somewhere that may go on the market for sale.
I know it is a long shot, but figured I would be proactive and post here and see if anyone has what I am looking for available for that date.
