Home SOULutions Remediation Ltd. is a family-operated business with a shop based in the Comox Valley and offices in Campbell River. We provide healthy home services such as mold identification and assessment, mold removal, as well as mold prevention services such as ventilation upgrades and insulation services. Other services we provide include insulation removal and cleaning attics. We have been serving the Central and North Vancouver Island communities for 13 years. (Parksville, Qualicum, Comox Valley, Campbell River and North)
WE ARE SEEKING
a part time (to start), entry-level labourer
Employees who are interested in the work and demonstrate a good work ethic will be advanced in hours, responsibilities and pay with industry training opportunities over time.
WHAT WE OFFER
• $24. an hour to start
• A travel stipend for longer distance jobs
• Weekly pay etransfers
• PPE – you only need steel toe shoes
• We almost never work weekends
• Time off if requested in advance (you don't have to wait for 2 yrs for holidays)

• Sick days as per employment regulations
• Room for advancement if you work hard and get along with the team
WHAT YOU NEED
• You preferably live in the Comox Valley or Campbell River areas
• You must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable transportation
• You don’t have a criminal record
• You don’t have any injuries or physical limitations
• You can lift 50 lbs and work on your knees for long periods of time
• You are comfortable in small spaces
• You have good eyes and don’t need glasses - you can't wear glasses under a full-face mask
• You are clean-shaven - this is an industry requirement for PPE
• You speak fluent English, this requirement is for safety reasons as good communication is imperative and is a challenge with loud machines running and a mask on
• You are a team player who gets along well with others
• You have a strong work ethic - show up for work on time and take pride in your work
PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO HAVE
• Mould Remediation experience
• Insulation Installation experience
• Any experience working in attics and/or crawlspaces
