Had an inspection by a transport company. Works well. It does need new batteries. Price reflects needing new batteries. Charged at the moment. Charger in excellent condition. Slows going up hill due to weak batteries. Takes two batteries. Used batteries can be bought for a cheaper price if not affordable at the time to buy new. One transport company sells them in Courtenay. Some bolts should be tightened. Otherwise works good after inspection completed. Includes charger which works good.
Owner passed away so selling..
