I collect and sometimes fix old film cameras. I love bird watching. I would appreciate it if you could let me know if you have a basic camera(s) for sale. Not looking for famous top end models. Don't really care about top brands or condition. So long as they work ok. But if you do have something in decent to ok shape I would appreciate a chance to buy it. I like the old single lens reflex 35mm film cameras, models. Lenses too if you have any. Misc. Accessories. Also, misc. range finders from the 70's, 80's and 90's. Metal or plastic. Japanese, German or other. All the same to me. Nikon, Canon, Minolta, Zeiss, Contax, etc... I usually find many at the thrift stores nowadays for super inexpensive deals. People these days have no need for them with smart phones and such. I get it. Film is also expensive and digital is the way to go. Lately, I have found various models like Zenit E's, Voightlander Bessamatics or Vitomatics, Miranda Sensorex's, Nikon 601's, etc... Basically, looking for your thrift store give a ways before you donate them. I'll be glad to offer a fair price for your items in cash. And come collect them. Am in Campbell River but will travel to Comox Valley too. I too am also into older vintage medium format cameras. Prefer the one with a viewfinder like Pentax 67 model. Same thing or other brands ok too. Thank you.
