I have a nice 2 bedroom apartment very close to Rotary Beach Park. I am looking for an adult, communicative and honest roommate who cleans and cooks (for themself). NO hard drugs or tobacco, but occasional drinkers or occasional 420 types are ok. There is no smoking or vaping or pets allowed on the property at all. We need, ideally, to meet or have a video chat in person first. If you are willing to work around my lifestyle and schedule and just use the one big bedroom, well sound proofed, then maybe we can talk about lower rent. IF YOU ARE A TOBACCO SMOKER DON’T APPLY.
