We have a room available in our 3 bedroom, shared, fully furnished basement suite.
Common area includes bathroom, fully stocked kitchen, TV, living room, dining table, laundry and storage. Wifi, heating and water included.
Two of the three bedrooms are currently occupied by two, quiet, working individuals. Applicant must be respectful of the others, tidy and self sufficient.
Single person only. No pets. No parties. No smoking. Close to bus stop, grocery stores and downtown Comox.
This is a quiet household for someone to live harmoniously with the others.
