High ceilings with floor to ceiling windows make this a great place to decompress. The house overlooks a horse pasture and has a small view of the ocean that’s one block away & walking distance to Kitty Coleman Park & a few beach accesses. There are tenants who live downstairs who are very quiet.
The bedroom has a double bed with slide out storage underneath, side table, dresser and storage unit with slide out bins. It has a large south facing window.
A bit about me... I'm easy going, eat healthy food and I tend to be early to bed and early to rise. I'm usually out of the house working Mon - Fri and very active outside. I like to head out for weekend trips to explore the island or spend time in nature as much as I can when the weather is nice. I have a dog who is very chill & relaxed at home.
I'm flexible on how long someone stays for. The rent is $950 including heat, internet, rural garbage etc + damage deposit.
