Suite is fully furnished. You'd be sharing it with myself (the homeowner) and another girl (who's a great person and the best roomate I've ever had). We're both 37. My cat lives here as well so unfortunately no pets.
I work out of town on a 3 week rotation, and my days off are usually spent studying or traveling so I'm hardly around. I share the kitchen and bathroom but have a seperate living room.
There's off street parking, a big backyard, full sized windows, ground level entrance. Everything is brand new. During the renovation I insulated extremely well between the floors and walls, so there's very little sound transfer. Heat and AC supplied by a ducted heat pump, laundry in suite.
I'm looking for tenants who are tidy, respectful and responsible and will treat my home as if it were their own. The house is quiet and laid back, and we keep it neat and tidy. Everyone gets along great, so finding the right fit is important to me. Ideally tenants would stay for a minimum of 1 year.
