Senior owned (81 & 82). Very clean lightweight travel trailer. Aluminum and fibreglass (excellent flagstaff quality - which is the same build as Rockwood). Murphy bed and large sofa.. Both are very comfortable. Headroom is a good 6.5 ft. All the amenities plus I have installed a 150watt solar on roof and it is tied into a Go-Pro smart controller on forward bulkhead. Also installed a 1100 watt Inverter that has a dedicated plug for morning toast or perked coffee. Two fantastic fans with factory wiring in the event you want to add a roof A/C unit. We have towed this to Yuma twice with a Tacoma and passed everything on the hills ( weight 2900 lbs ) so is SUV towable. It was used as a Road Motel as we had a 5th Wheel set up there at our park.
Included is equalizer hitch and a Winter high end cover . Every one of the past 4 winters we covered and heated it with a 200 watt 24/7 heater. I have installed a few more shelves plus a new fresh water pump last Summer. Wheel covers -tires still have lots of rubber and this model is an off road due to its high height. I have pulled out the flip down stairs (hate them after having 3 other trailers) but you can re-install. We used a simple flip open plastic set of stairs . Will include pictures ( worth 1000 words).
