Awesome Comox location on a quiet culdesack across from a large park with duck pond
Nearest bus stop flat 400 meter walk. Close to Goose Spit, Cape Lazo and Kye Bay beaches plus an easy walk to The North Woods extensive trail network. Grocery, banks and drugstores are an easy bike ride away.
If you commute by bike you can use the carport for your bike and to plug in if electric.
Parking on quiet street
Looking for an active single or couple. we prefer if you work or study away from home part of the time.
Recycling and composting are a must
Enjoy the sunny lower garden, you will need to look after the lower non fenced yard which includes mowing/weeding/raking leaves.
