Responsibilities
• Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and seasonal landscaping
• Tree, shrub, and garden bed maintenance
• Weed control, pruning, and planting
• General property inspections and preventative maintenance
• Minor building repairs and maintenance
• Pressure washing sidewalks, buildings, and common areas
• Garbage and recycling area maintenance
• Snow removal and ice control (seasonal)
• Painting, touch-ups, and basic carpentry
• Assisting with move-in/move-out maintenance as required
• Operating landscaping equipment and hand tools safely
• Maintaining a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment
Qualifications
• Experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or property maintenance preferred
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, and general repairs is an asset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
• Skid steer ticket and experience
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• WHMIS, First Aid, or equipment certifications are considered assets

Schedule
